
Refund and Returns Policy

At XiloGuardCar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, our Refund and Returns Policy allows you to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the items must meet the following criteria:
- The product is in new, unused condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags are intact.
- Non-returnable items include customized or personalized products, gift cards, and any products marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at info@xiloguardcar.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- After receiving your request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.
If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and the refund will be credited back to your payment account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at info@xiloguardcar.com. We will arrange for a free return and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. Returns are processed separately from new orders.
6. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are not refundable unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order.
